How do I place an order at Murray Farmcare's online store?
Placing an order with Murray Farmcare is quick, easy and secure. You don't even need an account to shop with us. Simply follow the steps below for a comprehensive guide on how to place orders at Murray Farmcare online.
1. Check, review all of the items which you have placed into your shopping basket to ensure that they are correct, and to also see if anything needs to be added. It is not possible to add items to your order once it is complete
2. If are you an existing customer and are not already logged into your account, then enter your email address and password when asked to log in. If you are a new customer enter your email address and create a password-something that's easy to remember!
3. Check that all the billing and delivery address details are correct. If you would like your order sent to a different address this can be updated by clicking onto add new address.
4. At this stage you can add specific delivery instructions in the box provided.
5. Check Out Summary-provided that you are happy your delivery information is correct click Continue.
6. Select Payment Method. Select the method you prefer. The options include paying by Diners, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Solo. You will need to enter all of the relevant details into the Card Details box, then click onto Make Payment.
7. Once you have clicked on Make Payment and entered your RBS WorldPay details (follow the online instructions), the payment will be processed immediately and your transaction is complete. You will then be diverted back to our website.
8. An email to confirm your order will be sent to you with details of your order.
Is it safe to provide my card details online?
Yes. Online safety is a top priority for us and we will take every step to ensure that payments are made securely.
We use RBS WorldPay which is reliable, secure and fast. If you don't feel comfortable providing your card details over the internet, please contact a member of our sales team on 01387 722301 who will happily take your order over the phone.

When will the payment be charged to my card?
Your card will be charged at the point at which your order is processed.
Is it possible to keep track my order?
Yes. By calling on 01387 722301 or email you can check the progress of your order. Murray Farmcare would be glad to provide you with a recent update of your order(s).
How will I know my order is being processed?
Once you have completed your online transaction and payment has been taken successfully, we will send you an email acknowledging your order with and order number. Keep a hold of this email as it can be used to help you keep track of your order.
Will I receive a receipt?
As soon as your order is complete, we will send you an email which will contain your order number, detail of items ordered and the value. When you receive your goods an invoice (receipt) will be included with the details which you require.
How do I locate a specific item on your website?
It could not be easier - all you need to do is enter the name of the product you are looking for into the Search Box which can be found on the homepage. This will then list the items matching your request. Our products are also listed under categories. Simply hover over a category to view a range of different items.
