What do I need to buy prescription medicines online?
For POM-V medicines such as antibiotics, you will require a written prescription from your veterinary surgeon. On receipt of this, we will be able to despatch your order. Without prescription we cannot legally supply POM-V medicines.
For POM-VPS medicines such as worming tables, our qualified staff can prescribe and supply this type of medicine subject to confirmation that it is for the appropriate use on your animal(s) and you know how to safely use them.

What happens next, once I have placed my order for a prescription medicine?
Once you have placed your order online and we have received your request, a member of our sales team may contact you to discuss your order. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received your written prescription in hardcopy through the post. In exceptional circumstances, you may be able to fax us your prescription with the original hardcopy following in the post. A member of staff will notify you if this is the case.
